Terrible experience. My wife went here to get wegovy and they gave it to her but then when the prescription ran out she has tried getting a refill for 2 weeks now and they just put you on hold and don't send it and I don't understand why they have been no help. Just send the refill.
I tried to be seen as a walk-in BUT the walk-in slots were completely filled. The front desk referred me to the emergency room across the street. Much better service there but more money. Not fair for seniors I've a patient for over a year now and the only improvement has been with the front desk staff. I do like my provider EB. But the nurse is very unpleasant, unprofessional and RUDE. Trying to get a refill on an rx. The pharmacy requested on 12/22 no response so I called on 12/29 spoke to the overworked, stressed out nurs... read more
My daughter has been diagnosed with cancer and was prescribed with pain medication along with others by her oncologist. She is a patient at Plymouth Primary care and can’t seem to get refills on her medications no matter how many times she calls. My wife has even called several times to try and get my daughter’s medication. We have to sit around and watch her suffer from the pain. Hopefully we will be able to find some other doctor who cares for their patients. Stay away from Plymouth Primary care.
