I tried to be seen as a walking. BUT the walking slots were completely filled. The front desk referred me to the emergency room across the street. Much better service there but more money. Not fair for seniors I've a patient for over a year now and the only improvement has been with the front desk staff. I do like my provider EB. This place is in a mess. I been needed paperwork completed for a whole month. So I got an appointment so the new nurse practioncer could meet me. I got one of my medicine and they said paperwork was completed. Some staff in there are nice and friendly. Some of them don't understand how important it is to get your medicines on time. Missing medication is messing with my health and mental status. I get frustrated going there to see if they have my medicine called into the pharmacy. Absolutely the worst Dr I have ever seen. Dr Beth should be ashamed how she treats her patients. You can not voice no concerns you have without her making you feel like your the problem. She will Take your medicine away that you've been on for 10 years like it's nothing. . They didn't refill my meds and cut me off bc I said I would probably be switching providers and waited till my meds were due before they told me anything.
This clinic did not come close to meeting my expectations! I drove 60 miles for this appointment. PA was 45 minutes late, unprepared, spent less than 10 minutes with me, no notice on bloodwork, poor service, didn't call in my prescription nor a referral as promised a week and a half ago. Visit was a waste of time. I do not think I will be going back. There was no sense of urgency to accommodate the patient. I left my email to address these issues privately, but I guess they don't care.
