Gary from Plymouth Plumbing and Sewer Service came out to assess the dilemma with my toilet. He was very knowledgeable about the expensive part that I needed to replace in my toilet. Gary told me the part was under a recall due to a manufacturing flaw and I could check the warranty and probably get it for free! As it turned out, it was free and is being shipped to my house. Had a minor leak that would not stop, no matter what I did. I was neg plus I would have to wait hours for it to be fixed. Gary was on a different call nearby & was able to swing by almost immediately & fixed it within 30 mins. Will definitely call again!
Gary came out and did a fantastic job explaining to me what was causing my issues w my main bathtub faucet drips and master bath sink leaks. Got right to business and fixed both issues. Gary was very personable and professional and I would recommend Plymouth Plumbing and Sewer to anyone. Job well done!
