Edited to add: I appreciate the time the Chief Medical Officer took to call me on two separate occasions. I was able to connect with him and share my concerns and experiences in greater detail. I do believe what I shared was taken seriously and actions will be taken to improve patient experiences. The staff are overall very unfriendly. The medical assistant could not answer any of my basic questions about the packet they gave me. The doctor could not explain any of the standard prenatal labs (reason why they are recommended)... read more
I'm visiting from out of town without insurance and needed immediate assistance. Out of three places I tried getting into, Plymouth had me there in a day to get blood work, and the next day for an appointment without having to wait on past medical records like New London Hospital or a 30 day appointment wait like Health First in Franklin. Very efficient staff.
