What’s with your buses driving on the shoulder? Very unsafe and getting very close to cars in the right lane.
If I could leave 0 stars I would today bus# 60046 cut across 2 lanes of traffic and almost hit me he shouldn't have a CDL he needs to be terminated he's got no business driving a bus
First off - every driver I've encountered has been nothing but kind and polite. I have no issue with the drivers at all. What I will say is that the scheduling and communications are non-existent. For example, on 1/11/23, there was an ice storm, so buses had to stop running. Totally cool, but there are no text notifications, no emails, nothing. Completely incapable of running a route on time. My afternoon bus from downtown to Station 73 is at least 15 minutes late every single day. I realize there’s shortages and all but that is ridiculous.
Never on time!!! EVER!!!
