Bus experience was good until I got to the station, I’ve used Metro Micro and MVTA connect before and never scheduled in advance, as these types of services are advertised as a uber alternative. Plymouth click and ride is not that, don’t be misled, when I tried they said the service was booked all day so I called and was told that I have no alternative leaving me stuck with a $25 uber
Black heavy set male leaving west health in Plymouth around 1145am on 1/2/26 flew through 2 stop signs and when we flagged him down he rolled his window down and threatened to harm us and showed his middle finger
African male big guy at west health at 1130am on 1/2/26 nearly killed someone flying through the parking lot.
What’s with your buses driving on the shoulder? Very unsafe and getting very close to cars in the right lane.
