just saw 2 accidents in less than an hour by the septa stop on your property. you're making money hand-over-fist during th holiday season but refuse to ensure the safety of your patrons, by paying people to plow and salt the lot! might be a while before I bother to spend money there again.

Just saw Santa at the Plymouth Meeting Mall this morning. Santa was great but highly disappointed in their staff & I don’t agree with letting people buy a fast pass. It’s ridiculous & not fair to those of us who have already been waiting 20-30 minutes... We had a woman cut in front of us with her fast pass, spend a good 10+ minutes with Santa then have the nerve to cut into our Santa time for a redo picture! Are you flipping kidding me? And the staff acted like it was perfectly fine. Needless to say my 2 year old didn’t coop... read more
