The doctors, nurses and nurse practitioners have all been great. HOWEVER, if you need anything else, like a referral, information, or even to speak to a person in the office it’s an absolute nightmare. I routinely spend 30+ minutes on hold before I give up. It honestly makes me avoid going to the doctor. I’ve gone to an urgent care over relying on this office. If I could give half a star I would. Issue #1: Pap smear appointment, which was made six weeks earlier, was cancelled two hours prior because "male doctor wasn't comfortable doing a pap smear." No follow up to reschedule, no apology for making me lose a half sick day. They blamed the scheduling service. Issue #2: They wrote a mammogram prescription that didn't have a specific doctor listed, so after driving an hour to the imaging center, I couldn't get a mammogram. Customer service is terrible. My mother was waiting for a prescription more than 3 weeks. The doctor never had the message. People could die waiting, they are not doing their job.
I have been a patient here for almost 10 years and will be finding a new primary ASAP. Everything is terrible and I should have left once Dr Tornambe left, but I stayed and gave them a chance. No one knows anything, no one can help, do not waste your time even calling for help or an appointment
NP Sun Hee Park is probably the worst nurse practitioner I’ve probably ever met. She doesn’t listen to your concerns and wastes your time and money. I messaged her over the patient portal a couple months ago expressing a concern of mine and was told I had to see her in person. I came in and paid a copay just for her to see me for two minutes and tell me I’m just anxious after telling her all my symptoms of something else.
