Used to love this place it fell off a lot! They have a NP named PARK who doesn’t care or listen to what you’re saying!!! time for me to find a new primary care physician I’ve been going here since I was born and it was in conshy and doctor Franklin was my primary care these are sad time we live in
Like many other reviewers, I've had great experiences with providers here but the office staff make it almost impossible to get medical care. Iiesha, Tiffany and other Plymouth Meeting Family Medicine staff have stated that my provider has no assigned nurses, so they're the ones that send faxes to insurance. When they only sent 1 page of 4 page lab results, leading to an insurance denial, it took 3 weeks for my provider to be back in town before it could be faxed correctly. I liked this place at first. They squeezed me in last minute and the providers were great and understanding and listened. However, I have been waiting on the office to send in a prior auth for a prescription for 2 weeks now. The first time I called they said they received it and would get to work on it. Next day, they called me and told me they did NOT receive the faxes from my pharmacy...... Called my pharmacy again, said they resent it, even called the office back and confirmed it was received. Every review you read about this is 100% true. The providers are nice enough but the front desk is completely useless. They will not look at you, not even when they deign to finally talk to you which will always have to wait until their personal conversation is over. I believe they count on callers eventually hanging up when put on hold. I've literally never gotten through to them on the phone. Never gotten a call back from them when leaving a message with the answering service.
Scheduled a sick visit today for 530pm and they cancelled it because I was 10 minutes late. I can’t control rush hour traffic and a 5-minute grace period is a joke. The reviews speak for themselves but I gave them the benefit of the doubt till today.
