Doctors are OK but understaffed on Phones. It took me 45 minuets on hold to take to a scheduler the first time. It took my sig. other 25 minutes to get through to confirm. The third time I waited for 10 minutes to get someone to say please hold and put me on for 15 minutes more. Very frustrating!!!
