PGM was wonderful, yet again! Traveled all the way to Stratford, keeping in great contact with me from the very beginning; calling when en route ,15 minutes out and at the guard shack. Because I work at a secure facility, having that contact so that the guards can be adequately notified was super helpful. I stopped using other glass companies due to multiple fraudulent insurance claims, constant leaks and condensation following installation. This was my first time working with Plymouth Glass (recommendation from the dealership where I purchased my vehicle).. Everyone we engaged with was helpful and knowledgeable. Kim took care of coordinating with my insurance provider and walking me through the process.Josh and Tony replaced the windshield and recalibrated the car. Both guys were fantastic and did a great job communicating their arrival time. I would definitely work with them again!
They came out right on time.Very good at what they do..I had my windshield replaced.Highly reccomended !!!
Brian provided exceptional service. He efficiently addressed and resolved all the issues with my truck. Additionally, he replaced my non-OEM windshield with a genuine OEM windshield and identified the source of water leakage. I highly recommend his expertise.
