The recent tropical storm had tree limbs, trash cans, and every thing not anchored to the ground, airborne. I was unlucky enough to have one of those missiles hit and crack a window of my car. The morning after the storm, I called my insurance company to report the damage and request guidance for the window replacement. I had almost $20,00 store front glass work done at my place. The glasses started breaking. I called up the company and the manager said it is glass and it breaks. We are not responsible for it. The first one was paid by insurance and was fixed by them, by then another broke. No one wanted to entertain any calls from me. So I fixed it from my pocket. By then third one broke. The company never wanted to take responsibility for the bad product. No after sales service. Be careful doing business with these people.

WARNING!!!! Plymouth Glass will supply you with a product that will damage your car and then put all the responsibility on you for being an absurd idiot! See my ****review for a more inclusive story. They provided a complimentary Air Freshener. (their logo and company name. No other labels or warnings). Purpose to cover the smell of the adhesives used in windshield replacement. Its illegal in CT to put a large Air Freshner like this on your mirror so I put it on my shifter in the center console. In a couple of days i noticed... read more
