I started using this ride service last yr to go to my hair appt. and now I use them to go to my PT appt. I like it a lot. I never had a rude driver yet, they are on time and get me to my appts on time. I like how the app lets you set up couple of days in advance. You can also use your metro pass on it. I wish Maple Grove dial a ride was like that. It’s so hard to get a ride through them now. I would love to Plymouth knowing they have this, but the rent is too expensive.
I haven't even been on a ride with these folks yet and I'm concerned. Just called them and was so rushed by the person at the other end I wouldn't consider even trying to use this ride service! As a first time caller (and yes, I am older, but not slow or stupid) what I really needed was help that included alternatives, some idea of timing and a sense I'd make it there and back. Not convinced that would happen.
never any drivers available. i literally set the whole weekday to see available rides and there was none at all. i’ve been having to take ubers/lyft since i basically can’t use this anymore.
