THe best dermatologist on the South Shore Dr. Wax is a Boston-level dermatologist located in Plymouth. He is extremely thorough and is very patient in explaining what he is doing and why. He doesn't talk down to this patient and I appreciate his and his office's quick follow-up with test results and patient response to phone call.

The same thing happened to me..... I too was basically told that he did not want to be my Doctor due to the fact I had to reschedule. The problem was I had to reschedule because I waited in the waiting room for nearly 2 hours and needed to go back to work. This happened on two different occasions. Needless to say I have changed my Doctors.

Abusive physician My father is a 92 year old man. Dr. Wax biopsied a lesion on his lip, which turned out to be a skin cancer. Dr. Wax scheduled an appointment for surgery to remove the skin cancer in his office. On the day of the surgery, my father was feeling ill. He called to reschedule the surgery. Dr. Wax told my father that, if he cancelled the appointment that day for surgery, he did not want to ever see him again. excellent! Dr. Wax was a very professional and personable doctor. I had made an appointment with another dermatologist as I didn't want to wait for Dr. Wax to be available and boy did I regret that! Without a doubt, I will now wait to see Dr. Wax and Dr. Wax ONLY!
