This management company treats it like you're trying to move into Mar-a-Lago. Owned my own business, live in Alaska and tried to buy a trailer outright. My references are impeccable, my credit score is over 700. As soon as they took the money for the application fee, $25, not bad, but then for each animal they wanted me to pay $30 a piece to register them. Went there to pick up a Facebook Marketplace purchase. This mobile park seemed to have many very old mobile homes. The place we stopped at was a double wide and was maintained well
