Had a dental emergency that put me in the hospital after multiple days of calling this place, as 111 just send you here without any other advice. This place never calls you back even if you call them 8:45am on the dot. You are better off getting pain relief from your gp/a&e and registering privately with a dentist asap. The people who work here and in 111 have no sympathy for you no matter how much pain you are in. I understand these services are overworked and under staffed but they have no humanity. I want to say a massive thank you to Donna and her assistant who took great care of me. I am so nervous having treatment but they made me feel at ease. Im removing well from treatment with no issues 😊 all the staff are very friendly and helpful.
