I have never posted a google review, but I have to share my awful experience. My loved one had a medical emergency and in a panic I called 911. The first crew to come out were awesome, kind and so helpful. His symptoms subsides so we decided to stay put and monitor. Unfortunately, he had another medical episode so I called 911 again. 911 sent them out to my house. Checked my loved one out. They didn’t even get into the ambulance. They billed my insurance company and then wanted more money hundreds of dollars for being dispatched by 911 over the top for a person not getting the ambulance ride. They should be ashamed of themselves. I cannot believe this company is allowed to do this. They charged 10,000 to my insurance company to take him one mile away on another occasion. I wish I could give a zero rating. I had an incident on I-476 North. I thought I was having a stroke, but it turned out to be a panic attack. It was my first time feeling like that and I was probably long overdue for one, considering I'm on the job for 30 years in Pennsylvania (Municipal Police Officer who has also worked with multiple Federal, State and County Agencies, has been assigned to the US Marshalls and has assisted multiple in state and out of state Agencies.
