Reasonable and friendly. If you need fitting and balancing and or supplying tyres to fit they're always happy to help.
Had my right front tyre changed. He did all the tyre pressure on the others. Spent much more time on the front left tyre (which I thought was odd at the time). I've miraculously found what looks like a brand new screw stuck inside of the one he was spending so much time on. Apparently, he was only there for the day 'helping out'. Hopefully others don't experience the same. Won't be going back.
Needed 4 new Michelin tyres, shopped around and Plymouth Cheapest Tyres lived up to their name, significantly by nearly £100. Visited the next day and all 4 tyres were fitted within 30 minutes. Young man who served me and fitted the tyres was polite and friendly would happily recommend to anyone needing replacement tyres. So please support a local business that deserves to succeed.
