If I could give zero or negative stars I would. I completely agree with the last review. The most cold, abrasive, unprofessional medical “professional” I have ever come across. I’m almost 40 and have gone to countless doctors, especially having 3 children now, and I will NEVER forget how he treated me when I was in my early 20s. Horrible and rude clerk woman, The Urologist told me to go to Boston for my Interstitial cystitis, not even trying to help with my pain and discomfort ,or offer pyridium ,flexeral,anything to subdue the inflamation, Elmiron is to coat the bladder sir not help with spasm and flares! Also if you had done your research you'd know Elmiron has been linked to eye conditions and loss of vision.No bedside manner at all. Doctor Ted Morgan was the most Cold blooded Reptile of a man I have met in recent months. My previous Urologist moved from Boston to Natick; For this reason, I got an appointment with Ted’s office in Plymouth. Doctor Ted Morgan treated me like a drug seeking addict. I sustained a traumatic injury back in September, and have been on the mend since with three major issues. Was running into kidney failure from a large kidney stone. The Boston VA couldn’t see menfornover two months, Dr. Morgan saw me, treated my stone with surgery, had a two week follow up, removed my stent and made sure I was comfortable and cared for the entire time. I would heartidly recommend Dr. Morgan to anyone looking for help with a Urological issue.
Had emergency surgery on July 4th! This doctor was great!!! I haven't had follow up care yet, but, he was at the hospital within minutes of being called, operated on me and had me in my room to rest quickly. So far so good with Dr. Morgan.
