My family hired Plymouth Bay Fiberglass / Roth Boat Builders in April to replace our gutters. We paid them the first third of the contract April 22nd. They came after three weeks, and had a team come and remove the old gutters, and asked for the second third of the contract, which we immediately paid on May 17th.
