We used the services of Plyler and Waterhouse for a recent real estate transaction. In addition to helping us prepare an initial Offer to Purchase contract (we did not use a Realtor this time), they also assisted us with the entire process up through closing. We were very impressed with Ivy Waterhouse and the entire staff. They are very professional, detail oriented, punctual, and most of all very Knowledgeable. Attorney Waterhouse does not mind answering any and all of your questions. Their prices are very, very competitive as well. We would definitely recommend their services..
