In May of 2015 we replaced the vinyl siding on our home with new vinyl siding from Mastic. We updated the siding, roof, doors and deck. We had received many compliments on the look of our home. I would NEVER recommend this product for your house trim! We purchased our new build home 9/2019. All the trim on 3 homes out of 6 homes built by a builder have turned black. All these home were built about the same time. We all put in a claim to the warranty department. All the trim was replaced by ******* for the first homeowner who got in the required paperwork. The only thing worse than the product is the customer service and warranty. After a year, the siding became very blotchy. I was hoping it would even out given a little more time but that didnt happen. I reached out to the warranty department because I'm still well inside the "lifetime warranty " and they basically replied and said it should have been cleaned more often even though no reasonable person could possibly think cleaning it would somehow make the finish not breakdown from Massachusetts sunlight.
