The quality of workmanship on these windows and doors is absolutely outrageous! They are in worse shape in our brand new home than the 26 year old house we just moved from. Pieces are noticeably cut short so there are large gaps, gobs of silicone are oozing out of corners, waves in the frame that should be flat, sliders that catch every single time you close them, sliders are so tight they’re literally shaving off other parts of the window, bowed frames, screens made so tight they bow and let the flies in anyway, the list go... read more
Had windows installed October 2, 2022, after 3 delays , now I'm waiting for a year for warranty work, have called email and get no response. Buy elsewhere and Dave yourself the headache
Horrible windows, indefinitely not built for Alberta weather. Recently bought a home that hosts PlyGem windows and doors; I couldn’t be more disappointed. I’ve owned many homes and not once have I seen such an issue!! Horrid condensation build up on the windows to the point I’m running around daily chipping ice and cleaning up water as soon as it’s below -5 Celsius.
