Is this company still in business? They owe us money!
We never had an issue with the management company. Alex was great and the maintenance team were good. Specifically, Jimmy was awesome! All of our issues stem from the shoddy construction of the rental. It was so bad that we considered moving a total of 3 times in order to get out of there quicker.
Plutus is completely unresponsive to requests, and rarely if ever answer their phone. On top of that, they are unable to pay bills on time and have cost our HOA a large amount of money in late fees.
We rent from Plutus and though the property is nice, the management group is very, very slow to communicate. We have been trying to contact them for over a week now and no one ever returns phone calls or e-mails. There have been a couple issues from a health standpoint too that have not been ideal. We were given no trash cans for several days and told to just pile up our trash in the garage (good way to get vermin) and they also never shoveled the snow from our property leading to icy sidewalks and driveways that could have ... read more
