Paid $1100 to install a tankless water heater. After months of trouble with it, the manufacturer told me that they had installed it incorrectly using a 3/8 inch water pipe to supply the gas to the unit, creating a dangerous and improper situation. When I contacted Ryan at Plutone he said he would have to charge me to correct the dangerous situation that he created. I agreed and they said they would come the next day, then never showed up. I had to pay another company to fix their dangerous installation.
Ryan/Ray did the plumbing for my home renovation gut job to finish. Unfortunately within 4 years I have 2 leaky toilets that cause subfloor damage due to poor installation practices. He hasn't returned my messages. Long story short he used large wax rings instead of properly extending the flange to create a secure seal.
