Ryan/Ray did the plumbing for my home renovation gut job to finish. Unfortunately within 4 years I have 2 leaky toilets that cause subfloor damage due to poor installation practices. He hasn't returned my messages. Long story short he used large wax rings instead of properly extending the flange to create a secure seal.
