Seen them across the street from my apartment building. I needed an eye exam and to pick out a frame so it seemed natural to try them. Everyone there was excellent, from exam to helping with my choice of frames. Thank you all!
Absolutely incompetent This was a complete failure to follow instructions. It caused hours and weeks of unnecessary time to attempt to address a situation caused solely by your company. The situation remains unresolved and has increased costs for the customer. The voiding of the transaction did not solve the situation. If you work for the government and have Canada Life coverage, this is hands down the best place to get glasses. The direct billing makes the whole process so much easier. Prices are very fair, and they currently offer a package with quality frames and lenses for $250. My Canada Life plan has a $320 limit, so it worked out perfectly—and I still had room to upgrade to thinner lenses. The staff are fantastic: professional, efficient, and very helpful.
