If there was less than one star rating I would give it to plush beds. After 90 days, we are sending it back and buying an Avocado Medium Plush from Costco. Plush bed white glove service was anything but white glove. The delivery crew assembled… that’s right, assembled the bed incorrectly…. it comes in different pieces. Our Experience with PlushBeds Mattress (Not Recommended) The Short Version: We paid over $3,000 for their king Botanical Bliss mattress 3 years ago because we wanted a latex mattress without any chemicals (we loved that this model has no glue). It's now sagging significantly (1.5+ inches) and causing my husband shoulder and back pain. The warranty process was so difficult and costly that we gave up trying to use it. Horrible company, Plush beds Camarillo California is bad, the customer service is horrifying they shipped 6 weeks after ordered, got bed and it was like a rock the medium was so hard hurt my back, they told me if I want to replace top it's another 99.00 after paying almost 3000,, if you want to return it it's 149.00 to pick it up, no other company does this,, they were so nasty to me ..... Beware of Plush beds..... Thieves

The fellow who helped me on chat, Allan, did an excellent job. He deserves 5 stars, not 3. But the company deserves 0 or 1 star, not 3, so I split the difference at 3. Because, firstly, they don't answer their phone or return call messages left for them, and not everyone is tech savvy enough as I am to order something on a chat line. Someone in mid morning or afternoon, should be available to talk to WITHOUT NEEDING TO CALL BACK. We are busy people too, and should not have to sit around waiting for a call back all afternoon.... read more
