Irma, the Customer Experience Specialist at PlushBeds, was very helpful and responsive in providing product information and assisting me with my order. Kudos!
I had placed an order for a new mattress but the delivery timeframe wasn't mentioned during the checkout process. I reached out to CHAT and Allan replied to my message. Allan was happy to help figure out the production time and delivery timeframe for me and helped me have it delivered within a certain timeframe. Allan was very kind and helpful!
