I have owned 2 beds. The first one was 100% latex and degraded quickly. The latex became so uncomfortable we had to get rid of the bed. We decided to try them again with a hybrid mattress because the marketing and materials worked on us. Website is great. Easy to follow and very helpful. I engaged with 2 people at the company. They were both professional and helpful. I had an issue and it may have been my misunderstanding. I was happy with the way they worked with me and resolved my issue. I would be happy to work with them in the future.

Great customer service and excellent mattresses. We all had the best nights sleep since we started our camping trip. Sizing was perfect and the beds all do great with retractable/ bending bed frames.
