The fellow who helped me on chat, Allan, did an excellent job. He deserves 5 stars, not 3. But the company deserves 0 or 1 star, not 3, so I split the difference at 3. Because, firstly, they don't answer their phone or return call messages left for them, and not everyone is tech savvy enough as I am to order something on a chat line. Someone in mid morning or afternoon, should be available to talk to WITHOUT NEEDING TO CALL BACK. We are busy people too, and should not have to sit around waiting for a call back all afternoon.... read more

They bent over backwards to ship to me in Canada, and responded promptly over multiple interactions to help facilitate my purchase. Missed the 5th star only because of some tech and support complexity, which I believe they can and will resolve for other international purchasers.

I have owned 2 beds. The first one was 100% latex and degraded quickly. The latex became so uncomfortable we had to get rid of the bed. We decided to try them again with a hybrid mattress because the marketing and materials worked on us. We now have owned this one for a year and a half and it is already degrading to the point we are shopping for a new bed. We tried the warranty service in the past and honestly it’s horrendous too. Website is great. Easy to follow and very helpful. I engaged with 2 people at the company. They were both professional and helpful. I had an issue and it may have been my misunderstanding. I was happy with the way they worked with me and resolved my issue. I would be happy to work with them in the future.
