I ordered a mattress for my son on a Saturday and immediately realized I needed to change the shipping address so it would be sent to his house instead of mine. I imagined it would be a mess to remedy my mistake, and that it would take days. I worked with Allan today. What a great experience that was! I previously purchased from Plush Beds back in 2022 after I had a terrible physical reaction to a previous mattress set I purchased from Sterns and Foster. The best my doctor could figure, based on my symptoms, was that my body was experiencing my new Sterns and Foster mattress set as toxic. HALF FILLED PILLOWS! My husband and I have purchased 2 of this company’s shredded latex pillows 2 years apart. The first one was fantastic—full, supportive, and exactly what we expected. The second one (the only model NOW offered) had about half the amount of latex and arrived completely flat and unsupportive.
