Mike provided exceptional customer service throughout my entire exchange process. I accidentally ordered the wrong mattress size, and although it was my mistake, Mike went above and beyond to help me. He patiently answered all of my questions, explained every step of the process clearly, and worked hard to get my mattress exchange approved. He was always professional, kind, and responsive. I have been researching hybrid mattresses made with organic materials and sent a chat message for a question regarding the coils in the mattress by PlushBeds. I quickly received a response from Mike welcoming me and advised he received my question. He checked on the details and quickly returned to me with the response.
