Celeste is a brilliant artist with lashes and brows! She is detailed orientated and is very gentle. She always makes my brows look thicker and fuller even if she’s waxed them! I don’t know how she does it. I’ve always been thrilled with her work. I’ve had my brows waxed and tinted and my lashes tinted and lifted by her. She cares about excellence!
