The quality of the hair services was consistently good, and I appreciated the results. Unfortunately, the communication and customer service became increasingly uncomfortable over time. There were several occasions where my questions or reasonable preferences were met with a curt or dismissive tone. I found this gem after years of searching for a salon nearby - they were right around the corner all of the time! Went for the first time today and I am blown away! Not only did Cecelia do an awesome job with my hair, but she and her daughter, Viola were so warm and pleasant. I can’t wait to return.

She is incredibly kind, does an exceptional job, and always takes the time to educate me on how to better care for my hair.
