Stood in lobby for 20 minutes. Nobody came to desk. Heard voices and called out, but no response. Called from lobby. Phone behind desk rang, but nobody came out to answer it. Never got service nor saw a single soul.

Don't waste your time or money. Obviously dont know how to do hair, and are only interested in the money. Rethink your decision. Its not worth it, go somewhere else. Results are slim to none, if you even get what you want. Do your self and favor and just dont go here inexperienced, unorganized, and horrible results.

Stylists are wonderful. They really know their business and teach you as well. I got sick and had to cancel an appointment. The answering machine just kept repeating the message over and over. So .I went on their website and left a message. Monday morning, fever 102.1 i called to make sure that they got the message. Vera didn't believe me and basically chewed me out because the poor girl i had an appointment with had to do without the 2.5 hours that she would have gotten paid for. I legitimately was very sick.
