very nice environment & nice ladies but this is what i asked for (grey) and this is what i got (brown). very disappointed in my hair to say the least. spent 4 hours and almost $400 at the salon to leave looking the same way i looked when i went in. The quote I got over the phone was $220 and I ended up paying $368 which I am aware getting a quote over the phone is not always going to be accurate but that much of a difference in price was a little bit crazy to me. it was a relatively good experience at this salon. the workers are extremely friendly. the color was done well and i really enjoyed the shampoo and scalp massage. the only complaint is that the hair cut was poorly done and not what i asked for. i asked for a trim with long layers. i’m not sure why she razored my front pieces. it looks quite choppy especially on the right side. just a very uneven hair cut unfortunately.Â
This was my first time going to a new salon in like 5 or more years and they were super welcoming and nice. It made the transition so much more reassuring. They are very lgbtq friendly and I felt very safe there. :)Â
Went to Plush Salon for the first time yesterday and had the most wonderful experience with Emily! Love the atmosphere of the studio- accepting, comforting, and CLEAN. She heard what I was looking for and did not disappoint; even let me make the first chop :) the head massage, the cut, the styling, the conversation! Definitely will be returning!Â
