Easy to deal with, informed of delivery times and items was delivered with professionalism. Great lounge!! Although the area manager (or someone higher up from store) wouldn't honour a cheaper sale price for the same item that came on within days (or within a week or two) of purchasing, with only a deposit being left. This was despite a 12 week wait for item to be delivered. Not quite sure why when a cheaper price is made during a long waiting period before item is actually in our possession this couldn't have been honoured ... read more
We are extremely happy with our new lounge suite from Plush. They were very efficient and everything with the delivery ran smoothly. The sales assistant was very helpful with suggestions rather than pushing for a sale.
