I would recommend this business to anyone who asks, especially if their dog is sensitive or has special needs. My dog does NOT enjoy being boarded and has had some bad experiences in the past so I had quite a few questions before deciding if this was the right place. Haley was very kind and patient, and answered all my questions in such a way that I could tell she truly cares about every dog that stays here. We have used Plush Pooch twice for our dog Skippy. He is a very energetic, quirky beagle/minipin mix who needs a little more attention than most kennels are willing to provide. I could tell right off that Hank and Haley truly loved dogs (cats, too, I'm sure!) and they immediately treated him like he was their own pet. And they seem sincerely dedicated to creating a business based on customer service and kindness to animals - and their rates are reasonable.
