Placed an order for set of two sofas 2 months ago. Supposed to be delivered 4/08/2026; they said the delivery has been delayed and will be delivered on 8/08/2026 instead. I was not bothered much as it was just a matter of 4 days. Today (just a day before the extended delivery) they sent another message, saying the order cannot be delivered on 8/08/2026 due to delay in receiving stock. Why wait until the last day? Very disappointing experience. The team failed to understand a basic distinction — a recliner with a left arm rest is not the same as a left-arm-facing recliner — resulting in the wrong configuration being delivered. Instead of resolving the issue, it turned into an argument. Processed quote to order 10 or so weeks ago, what was delivered was not correct and doesn’t suit our room set up. Have called and emailed and told that management will contact us but nothing so far. Not the best experience so far.
Absolutely terrible customer service from start to finish. The moment this company took our money for the couches, all customer service disappeared. The store would not answer their phones, communication was cold and impersonal, and after waiting TWELVE WEEKS for delivery, we were treated like an inconvenience instead of valued customers.
