Absolutely terrible customer service from start to finish. The moment this company took our money for the couches, all customer service disappeared. The store would not answer their phones, communication was cold and impersonal, and after waiting TWELVE WEEKS for delivery, we were treated like an inconvenience instead of valued customers. The best experience from the moment I stepped into the store, Habibi was very patient while I tried to find the perfect couch. The after sale communication was amazing as I was kept informed of every step. Thank you
Would not recommend. We carefully selected our couches in store and ordered two of them. We were incredibly excited for them to arrive, only to realise Plush had ordered completely different couches to the ones we selected. When we contacted the store expecting a reasonable resolution, we were told this “never happens” and therefore it must have been our fault because the incorrect couch names were written on the order form.
