I came in requesting a mani and pedi and only received a pedicure because someone came in and they decided to service them after they did my pedicure and chose not do my manicure. That was very rude and I am extremely displeased. I was told they don’t do what I was requesting but from their instagram page they clearly do what I was requesting. I have a feeling it was because I was black and the other person wasn’t. I will not be returning.
My experience here in person was great, staff was nice and the establishment was quite calming. However, I asked for the gel X acrylic nails with dip powder. It cost me roughly $100 for the full set. I didn’t mind until the next day! My middle finger nail, (pictured) was starting to fall off. I was able to go back and get this nail fixed. And then the absolute next day after- ALL of them fell off except for the one I asked to get fixed. Maybe I had a bad nail tech but not even lasting a week was PATHETIC. The nail spa services here are amazing. Everything is very clean, professional, and high quality. I always feel relaxed and well taken care of.
Erica is absolutely FANTASTIC!!! I have terrible nails and am on feet all day. She took extra time to make sure everything looked perfect and I am sure that wasn't easy task. You really can't go wrong at this super clean salon. Everyone is very professional, plus they have so many products, including dazzle dry which I personally love. Best in Chicago!
