frustrated at the deceit regarding timeframe. I’ve purchased 2 x 1.5 seaters and 2 x sofas recliners and 2 x swivel chairs Every order has gone way passed the ‘estimated delivery date’ stated. Courtesy call would have been appreciated!! I’m still waiting on the swivel chairs that I purchased back in the second week of July to be told delivery date has been pushed back to 23rd October, unacceptable!!!
AVOID!! Disgusting experience with delivery!! Spent over 8k on a new Lounge, supposed to be delivered mid July, we are now end of August with no lounge in sight. Received delivery date messages for 2x separate dates, took days off work to be there- nothing turned up and no correspondence. Phoned, numerous times, no call backs (so 1.5hrwait on hold), no answers other than we will get back to you. Then I am supposed to pay $191 for a delivery ‘service’. Best advice I can give you is: DO NOT DO IT! Worst purchase I have ever made in my life. A very expensive mistake! We have had nothing but problems with our sofa. You can also forget about the follow up care, non existent! We thought we would spend a little more on getting a decent sofa from a decent company, well that’s what we thought. Could not be further from the truth!
