After a long four weeks of searching for the ideal sofa set, travelling here there and everywhere we stumbled across Rita at plush. I am still waiting to hear back from Plush after they sent out the Leather Doctor, who attended 3 weeks ago to try and address 1 of the 2 problems I have with my new sofas.
We had a wonderful experience purchasing our lounge the communication after placing the order was very limited and I had to contact often to find out delivery etc. the lounge itself is ok but I’m pretty disappointed in the cushions on the back they are sagging already and we have had it 4 weeks.
Sara & Michelle were great! We went to nine different furniture stores across Perth and the service we got from Plush Joondalup was amazing! Placed our order for our new couch and are very excited to receive it in 9-11 weeks!
