Sara & Michelle were great! We went to nine different furniture stores across Perth and the service we got from Plush Joondalup was amazing! Placed our order for our new couch and are very excited to receive it in 9-11 weeks!
Extremely disappointed with Plush Joondalup. Customer service was poor from the start — lots of promises made, none kept. Communication was non-existent after we paid, and to make things worse, the $5,000+ couch we purchased shortly after went on sale, with no notice or goodwill offered. Feels like a total rip-off. All talk, no substance. Will never buy from here again. Beware.

I received my beautiful sofa today. The wait time was as expected and Plush staff continued to keep me updated. Delivery was very good, within the expected time and called when they where 5 minutes away.
Very knowledgeable staff on all products on the floor, asked lots of questions on how the. Couch would be used and advice given on fabrics, care if material etc. would purchase again in the future
