Absolutely abysmal post-sale service. Just hope you don’t have any issues with warranty, because the attentive & friendly service to sell you their range won’t last past the delivery date.. We’ve had our lounges for a little under 10 months, spent literally thousands in extra options only to find that filing a warranty claim for recliner motor fault has been the most lifeless & time draining experience imaginable… They showed no genuine interest to resolve the legitimate claim, no follow up on calls they said they would make... read more

Dont beleive the delivery times they promise. We are still waiting for our sofa. The delivery cost you need to pay yourself in cash. The packaging you need to manage yourself, they dont take that away. Every couple of weeks I get a new notice that the delivery is delayed another week or more. Its strange, I would not recommend.
AVOID!! Disgusting experience with delivery!! Spent over 8k on a new Lounge, supposed to be delivered mid July, we are now end of August with no lounge in sight. Received delivery date messages for 2x separate dates, took days off work to be there- nothing turned up and no correspondence. Phoned, numerous times, no call backs (so 1.5hrwait on hold), no answers other than we will get back to you. Then I am supposed to pay $191 for a delivery ‘service’. Service being the missed opportunity here- will never go through them ever... read more
Plush at Fortitude Valley were fabulous to deal with, in particular Desire who was so helpful with her ideas and experience. We had to delay delivery until coming home from overseas and it was sorted perfectly. We are not moving into our new place for a few months, however, we are using our new lounge now and live it!
