please read my other public reviews to judge my character before reading this honest review after waiting 9-13 weeks for my 3 seater leather couch it came with a defect on it, their nick scali driver said it was a manufacturing fault to which i agreed with. We both took photos and uploaded it to plush/nick scali. i've now spent over 60 minutes of my time responding to their AI email assistants getting no where. no resolution has been made wouldn't recommend paying the high prices they demand for such a low quality product + ... read more
