Plush at Fortitude Valley were fabulous to deal with, in particular Desire who was so helpful with her ideas and experience. We had to delay delivery until coming home from overseas and it was sorted perfectly. We are not moving into our new place for a few months, however, we are using our new lounge now and live it!
New couch looks great thank you Plush furniture store fortitude valley, arrived earlier than expected and is very comfortable. Colour is sea mist very delicate and I have more cushions coming to add a pop of colour to the room.
Great Furniture store. Amazing service from initial quotes, tracking updates to delivery day from the Fortitude Valley team. Quality workmanship and olive fabric turned out just how I hoped to compliment my other furniture in the room….and the modular format is so comfortable. Having 2 Recliners is a fantastic feature I didn’t know I needed - all without sacrificing style. Thank you!
Poor quality furniture. I am honestly regretting buying it. Also, if you do decide to purchase from them, which I wouldn’t recommend, make sure you check the wrapped dimensions beforehand to confirm the items will fit in the lift. The movers they contract are also quite useless.
We walked into your fortitude valley store today. No acknowledgement, no greeting nothing. We walked around the store three times, pretty much had our hearts set on a particular couch. Still no acknowledgement. We approached to staff member they walked in the opposite direction. Try to find a way to contact you on your website but the contact us button leads to a disconnected link. Don't worry about it we spent $4,000 at a different store today and got our couch. Don't think we'll ever bother to visit plush ever again.
