Deeply Disappointed – Plush Let Me Down Hard I ordered a couch from Plush over three months ago and what should’ve been an exciting delivery turned into one of the most frustrating customer experiences I’ve had in a long time. After waiting far past the original tentative date, I was finally given a delivery time. Fair enough, delays happen—but the way I was hounded for payment was uncalled for. As yet I only have had one chair delivered. The rest are yet to come. !!!
The customer service from Logan was exceptional. Every question I emailed in he promptly gave me a call and answered. The Malibu couch I bought is beautiful and the delivery wait was well worth it.
