I have to say the whole experience was very good from the salesman to the communication. They said 8-10 weeks for delivery and it was pretty spot on. I got text messages on arrival date and delivery was seamless happy customer
We got served by Dave. Immediately when we walked in he asked if we needed any help and let us know about the mid season sale that was happening. We also added an additional 5% off on top of the 40% that was already applied. He walked us through plenty of colours and materials as well as options of couches. Dave was very knowledgeable and helpful in deciding what we wanted. So we wanted to thank Dave for his expertise and help!
Was after a Australian made sofa. Was told by the sales person they don't really sell Australian made as it's too expensive. They even rattled off other retailers who don't stock Aussie made.. But I wasn't accepting this as I know Australia makes sofas and they aren't any dearer than imported sofas. So I went to a Major retailer who sells Australian made and I'm happy to say I bought one. So Plush, Australian made is possible and still very affordable compared to imported products.
Wonderful customer service and assistance with helping me decide on the right colour! All the staff were lovely at the Dandenong store. Absolutely love our new couch.
