This store had such an amazing selection of dresses, and in my first fitting, I was allowed to try on around 7 dresses, which I think is a good number as you get a good understanding of what style suits you. I think if you tried on any more than that, you might also get a little lost. I was torn between two dresses, and Maria let me go back and forth with trying on the two dresses, which really helped me pick my one. Best bridal shop in Essex/ east London! From start to finish, my experience with Plush Couture has been amazing. The selection of dresses was vast, but when they didn’t have quite what I wanted, Maria ordered it in for me and I found the one! Fittings for alterations were easy, quick and always to the highest standard (and so reasonable!) I always felt so comfortable trying on in store. Thank you so much ladies for getting me and fitting my perfect dress. You were amazing and I’d recommend to anyone.

Choosing a wedding dress should be such an amazing experience and unfortunately it did not feel like this when visiting with my daughter. A one hour appointment is not enough time and to be told at the end "your time is up, the next appointment is due" is not the sort of customer service I expect from a wedding dress shop. There was no offer of drinks, it was just a "conveyor belt" experience.
