Bianca has all the people and personality skills necessary for a great experience shopping for a lounge. She was very helpful with colour swatches, listened to our needs and directed us to a few choices that met our criteria. And not forgetting patience as we sat in each choice multiple times. We are very happy (and will be happy) with our choice of lounges and appreciate the cheery personality of Bianca, who acknowledged us when we walked in. All round, a very pleasant shopping experience!
