Super experience Start to end Very good, courteous etc
I had an amazing experience at Plush Artarmon. I and my mum had visited quite a few other shops in Waterloo and Alexandria only to be dismayed at the incredibly high prices they asked for a set of modular sofa. Then we went to Plush Artarmon, and there a gentleman named Paul—if I remember his name correctly—kindly and patiently listened to our needs and found one that is 100% natural leather, durable, and aesthetically pleasing but also budget-friendly. I highly recommend Plush Artarmon, and thank you very much, Paul.
I rarely write reviews, but the experience with this couch has been beyond frustrating. The product itself might be fine — I wouldn’t know, because I still haven’t received it. The main issue is the delivery process, which has been a complete nightmare. The delivery date has been rescheduled multiple times with no clear explanation. Every time I plan around the new date, it gets pushed back again. No updates, no communication, and no accountability. We have a complicated space in which we wanted to put a corner lounge with two recliners. Paul from Plush Artarmon was able to answer all of our questions and come up with a solution. He was not pushy, just helpful and knew a lot about the range available. Paul is an excellent asset to the Plush team. We would shop there again.
We had Matt from Artarmon Plush help us out with our purchase and he was fantastic. He didn’t pressure - he just offered endless help and patience answering all our questions. Couldn’t recommend enough the customer service - incredible!
