Plush loves to tell you the couches have 10 years warranty BUT what they consistently WON’T TELL YOU is that you actually have 5 years warranty and you have to PAY for service calls and repairs for the other 5 years. All of course in fine print so you never know. Their couches are trash made from cheap wood in China. The entire frame of my couch broke due to this cheap wood. Plush couches aren’t worth the price.
We had a lovely experience learning about and finally purchasing a sofa here. Nice open display room where each item can be understood in good lighting. Salesperson Klay was tremendously helpful and friendly, explaining options, care, delivery and warranty very clearly.
I recently bought a new sofa. I visited Plush Alexandria a few times and each time Klay and the broader team were great. Klay was really knowledgeable and friendly. The sofa is also super comfortable. I'd absolutely recommend Plush Alexandria.
Hayley from your Alexandria Showroom was exceptional when we purchased our lounge a month ago! She explained the differences in materials, Leathers and designs and what would suit us! came in yesterday on monday - very poor service. was in the middle of closing a sale , when a lady came up and interrupted saying why is there no service, salesman just left us and went and spoke to the other lady for 20mins. will never go back. horrible experience
