Such a beautiful environment with amazing and very talented ladies. Not once have I had a negative experience at this salon. Despicable service. I called to enquire about gift cards for a friend’s birthday hamper that I’m putting together, seeing that on the website it has an option to purchase e-Gift cards and wondering if the store does a physical gift card (if not, I would just make one with the email receipt that would be provided, no big deal), but I was met with “I’m not the manager” before hanging up the phone and not being able to get another word in. Absolutely love this place! The quality is always perfect and consistent, especially with french white and I'm very picky about my french manicures. The staff is helpful, professional, and they get it right every single time. Highly recommend to everyone!
This was my 3rd time at Plus Vogue Nails. I went in today to get build a gel refill. I called at 830 am and was asked to come in then, which was not possible, I was then asked to come in at 930, I agreed then realised once I hung up the phone my partner couldn't take the kids at that time due to an appointment, so I called back straight away and kindly asked if there were any later appointments available.
