I was a member of Plus Ultra for about three months prior to moving out of Fort Wayne. Having belonged to many functional fitness-type gyms in other parts of the country, both CrossFit affiliated and not, Plus Ultra strands out among all of them and has been one of the highlights of my time in FW. I highly recommend Plus Ultra Fitness if you are looking to improve your overall fitness. I had a great time at this gym. The programming is high quality, with the workouts designed to push you without risk of injury or extreme soreness. There are plentiful class options to fit anyone’s schedule. In my three months at the gym, I’ve already noticed increases in strength and cardio capacity despite having two years of experience with functional fitness.
