Super frustrated about our experience with Laura this year. As she finally admitted, we “fell through the cracks,” and she did not make us aware of all the information that was needed to file an extension. Because of this (unbeknowst to us), she did not end up filing an extension for us, and, as a result, we now owe $2K+ in failure to file fees.
