Dr. Mark is the best Physical Therapist i have been to. I had torn my ACL and needed therapy after my surgery, i went to plus life not knowing what to expect but Dr. Mark has made that a wonderful experience ever since the first therapy session. He has been very supportive in my recovery and listens to any concerns i may have had in my recovery process. I'm able to walk around life more confidently thanks to Plus Life PT.
Dr. Mark is excellent, I went to him because in addition to PT, he specializes in the Graston method which I heard good things about and wanted to try for post-surgery scar issue in the knee. After about 2 months of going to him and doing the Graston each time, my extension and range of motion has improved greatly. I've even started playing sports again.
