I had a severe case of plantar fasciitis. After a variety of ineffective treatments, my doctor prescribed orthotics from Plus Labs. The orthotics fit perfectly and were very comfortable and within a few weeks my plantar fasciitis was gone. Since then I have used nothing but Plus Labs orthotics and I've had no further foot issues. I recently ordered directly from Plus Labs and their customer support was fantastic. Plus offers a win-win solution: great product and service.

Foot orthotics didn't come out right even after sending them back in as soon as received from dr office, including an old orthotic with proper design, still cannot use. They are hard as boards with the wrong design and the arch is in the wrong place. Cut too short. No return call from lab even after leaving a voicemail. Will never use this lab again.

Plus Laboratiories made inserts for the very painful plantar facilitis that I had on my right foot. Some relief was felt within a week, and after 1 or 2 months it was completely gone. They do excellent work, and are very good on follow up contact to make sure the insert is working properly. Highly recommended.
