Brandon has taken an almost 93 year old body and has it moving well again just after a few sessions, I am enjoying my time and feeling much stronger. Will be giving up my cane permanently very soon, I put it off for 5 years but he has proven to me, it is never too late.
Brandon’s gym is so great! It’s right in the center of Conroe so convenient to everything. They have built a nice community and are always encouraging. Stop by! You won’t be sorry!
Brandon is great, patient and very encouraging. If you want to work on your mental and physical strength with no judgment , I suggest you sign up. I have some physical limitations and wanted to test my limits and it works for me. I give Plus 40 Fitness and Wellness 5 stars.
Been coming here for a while now and it has been AMAZING. Community, coaches, machines, and owner are all phenomenal. They offer everything you can think of and more! Not only a good workout but also a lot of recovery equipment as well. Definitely recommend giving it a try if you have not already!! 10/10
Plus forty fitness has helped me tremendously on my health journey. I didn’t know where to start and didn’t want a commercialized gym. Brandon tailored my workouts and made me feel like home. This gym is amazing.
