Nice and clean
Had my sign up consult with April. She was very professional, gave helpful explanations and was able to offer a membership which met my preferences. The welcome pack is a nice gesture and the being able to queue songs for the music is a top idea 👍🏻
Extremely rude and unprofesional staff member on the phone, called at between 4pm and 5pm, i asked for informations and she just decided to play it rude. These people should be fired asap
PLEASE, PLEASE TURN THE MUSIC DOWN!! It is so loud that even with noise cancelling headphones on full volume, it’s too much. The gym has always been a place where I can enjoy my own music or listen to a podcast - until coming here. Often I even walk in and leave after not completing a workout because the music is so ridiculously overpowering that I get so annoyed I leave. Other members agree. Otherwise a good gym hence still giving a decent rating but please please fix this
