I’ve had an amazing experience training at Plus Fitness Ryde. The gym has a friendly and welcoming atmosphere, with modern, high-quality equipment and a clean, warm gym floor that makes every workout enjoyable. I especially want to say a big thank you to Shiva, my personal trainer. She is extremely professional, highly knowledgeable, and has been a huge support to me while I study for my Certificate IV in Fitness. Be very careful about signing up. Plus Fitness robs you. Over charging is the name of the game. I signed up for the 4 week trial and ended up paying $120 for NOT using the gym.
This is the best of the three local plus fitness gyms I've visited. Ticks all my boxes; no broken equipment, never too crowded, doesn't force me to listen to loud pumped electrotrash music; toilets look like they've been cleaned recently: no parking issues; brilliant video program. For me it's worth the extra driving.
