I was a member way back when they were at their first location on Eastern Valley Way. I recently dropped in for a casual chest session at the new Victoria Ave gym, and it’s definitely come a long way since then. There’s now a much wider range of machines and equipment including Hammer Strength and Booty Builder machines, which is great to see.
