I joined Plus Fitness for its convenient location, only to be told that the gym will be relocating in the coming weeks—with no meaningful alternatives or compensation. During the transition, the gym will be completely unavailable for a full week, yet members are still expected to pay. Their justification? A vague clause claiming that any gym within 10 km is “accessible,” regardless of how impractical that may be for individual circumstances. Having been to a few different Plus Fitness gyms in the area, I can say that this is the most disappointing one of all. For some reason it is always dirty, there is always at least one machine/piece of equipment broken, the bathrooms smell as though there is a major plumbing issue, and there has been no water fountain for at least a few weeks now. It’s a shame as this is now my closest Plus Fitness since moving to the area. Gordon and Frenchs Forest’s facilities are wonderful compared to Chatswood. For me, the main positives... read more

Hasn’t had a working water fountain for three days. To become a gym in the first place u have to provide water like guving a star is being generous atp. If u cant maintain 1 set up a another one, 1 fountain by itself isnt enough
