Most pathetic gym memberships of all time. Paid for ages and never went. Gave me a hars time in cancelling the gym membership. No one gets in touch or calls back, no log in details provided to cancel, and then eventually sent off to Arma for collection. Disgusting. And now they have their unfortunate, desperate attempt to save their image by putting forth a very disconcerting comment with zero accountability.
