I honestly find your comment quite unfair. Plus Fitness Wollongong has some of the cleanest facilities and kindest staff I’ve ever come across. Everything is explained clearly if you take a moment to listen before assuming you’ve been wronged. I hold a Fitness Passport membership, which entitles me to access gyms that have a partnership agreement with the company. Plus Fitness states that they accept Fitness Passport members; however, when I visited their facility, I was asked to pay an entrance fee and a registration fee. This conduct is misleading and unacceptable. It represents a clear breach of the agreement between Fitness Passport and participating gyms, and it borders on deceptive and fraudulent behavior toward customers
